Next day I called and a kind lady told me my order has already been processed and no changes can be made. It gets better, the shades can’t be changed to cordless and the delivery time was three weeks

because this material was on back order! She said if I would have called yesterday then they may have been able to make some changes, which I did call but was unable to accomplish anything. I can’t believe this is happening it seemed so easy. Well there was nothing I can do then so I would have to deal with it unfortunately.


Four weeks go by and I haven’t received a call my shades are in. I called the store and come to find out my shades have been in “will call” for about a week now and need to be picked up. I’m elated my shades are in but can’t believe it took a month. You will never believe what happened! When I picked them up they were damaged and they had to be reordered so I told them to refund my money and thought this isn’t worth it. When I felt all hope was lost and a month wasted, I saw the Houston Window Fashions website online. Not only did I have a consultant come to my home but also she went over all the options and gave me a price in my home including installation! Three weeks later, I have beautiful shades in my living room and I am completely satisfied with the level of customer service I received. The lesson I learned, HIRE A PROFESSIONAL! I was so satisfied with the job Houston Window Fashions did I referred them to my neighbor and my sister; they too had a great experience!
